Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara Carlsbad, Carlsbad

I had a delightful dining experience at Seasons Restaurant, where the service was welcoming and the food, particularly the Angus burger, was a pleasant surprise. Our stay at the resort was nearly perfect, with spacious accommodations and great service. However, the fitness equipment could use an update and the noise from children at the pool could be an issue at times.

I had an overall wonderful stay at the hotel, particularly enjoying the clean and comfortable rooms. The staff's kindness and attentiveness made a significant difference, especially during a challenging personal time. However, there were moments of service inconsistency, and the rooms urgently need modernization for a fresh feel. The ambience is tranquil, overlooking a beautiful golf course, making for a peaceful getaway.

I had a lovely and peaceful stay for three nights at the hotel. It was quiet, well-appointed, and had excellent service. The amenities were impressive, including a nice pool area and tennis courts. However, the spa and restaurant were smaller than I expected, and the prices for dining were a bit high.

Our stay started off on a bad note with dirty sheets and bugs in the bathroom. The management's response to our issues was severely lacking, and it took repeated requests to get even basic service. Despite the luxurious room size and free amenities, the poor service left a sour taste in our mouths, and we faced issues with personal belongings lost after check-out. Overall, we expected better from this establishment, especially considering our long history as owners.
